Our policy on refunds and cancellations
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if you have not extensively used premium features. Refund requests can be made by contacting our support team.
Refunds will not be issued if more than 7 days have passed since purchase, or if premium features have been extensively used. Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
For refund requests, please email support@mypersonalnetwork.com with your registration details and reason for refund.
